To encourage and facilitate business and investment into Malaysia, Gleanreagh Sdn Bhd, a local event management company has created a business forum to act as a platform for enhancing global business cooperation between Malaysia and other partner countries. From November 8 to 11, at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, a delegation led by the government of Bosnia Herzegovina will meet and discuss business potentials with the Malaysian business community.
In a press conference, His Excellency, the ambassador of Bosnia Herzegovina, Mr Ensar Eminovic, said the time is right for the country to establish business partnerships to help rebuild the country. Bosnia is looking at strategic alliances with Malaysia and other Asian countries in the areas of technical support, energy, investment, education and tourism.
The city of Kuching in Sarawak was selected as the venue for the forum due to the city’s current robust economic development. Sarawak is also going to be the largest energy producer in Southeast Asia when the Bakum dam project is completed.
MICE in Asia is the media partner of the Global Business Forum.
