There will be four days of events consisting of a conference, trade show, exhibition and entertainment in Suntec Singapore International Exhibition and Convention Centre beginning July 7. It will showcase the best of international and regional events products. The organiser IIR Exhibitions has planned to hold the four events simultaneously. That is, the Event 360 Exhibition, PALME Asia, Install Asia and PALME Music and Entertainment Festival.

The Event 360 Exhibition is tailored for the event and entertainment industry. While the PALME Asia will be the largest and most established international exhibition and conference on professional audio, lighting, AV, music, broadcast and project installation. Install Asia is an exhibition of cutting edge AV installation, integration technologies and applications for residential and commercial projects in Southeast Asia. The social programme of the event will be the PALME Music and Entertainment Festival which will feature international and local acts, singers, bands, performers and DJs.

Main highlight of the four-day event is a conference and workshop whereby 20 international and regional speakers are invited to talk on topics regarding innovative and creative events with discussions centuring on managing and marketing of events. Among other subjects that will be covered are on the power of events, leaving a legacy of events and evaluating the effectiveness of an event. The conference will also touch on a topic of environmental consciousness events or the “greening” of events.

Delegates will have the opportunity to meet and network with decision makers in the events industry, such as CEOs, event directors, event planners, public relations and advertising personnel, hoteliers, tourism specialists, sponsorship organisers and professionals in business development, airlines, real estate, retailing, finance, investment and telecommunications.
